My family member attempted to send me flowers and just like all the other reviews state the order was processed, was unable to be fulfilled and a refund will be issued. Same issues as every other bad review, and I’m not accepting “red roses were impossible to find” as I’ve seen them literally everywhere. It’s a scam company and I’m sorry my family fell for it. A quick google search should tell you all you need to know.

I never received the flowers I ordered

NEGATIVE: If I could leave a negative rating I would! I ordered funeral flowers and the vendor stated they were unable to fulfill the order and would issue a full refund. (21) days later I have yet to receive a refund and have pursued a dispute with my credit card company.

Order never received. Called for refund. Refund is in process, but the fact that the order was never received, and tracking was not available left me disappointed. Recipient was disappointed as well.

I placed an order for funeral flowers on 2 December 2023. The next day I received a notice of my "refund" and that I would be receiving the refund of full selling price, even though they did not stipulate why I was receiving a refund. Thier policy is refunds within 3-5 days. So, here we are, 15 days later after several contacts with them and no answers. This is a total scam and I am going to report this to authorities. 18/12/2023 - I have still not received a refund. There is no problem with my credit union - it is there ready and willing to receive my refund. I have received no satisfaction from this interaction - so far. 20 Dec 2023 - My money has been returned to my bank account. Thank you. I still will never do business with this organization again.

Terrible be experience. My aunt did not receive her flowers for her 84th birthday and I was not notified until late in the eve. Called them the next day and they would not redo the order as I believe in giving folks a second chance. I’ve never had this happen before. Wow

One star only because I couldn't proceed without giving a rating.I ordered a Christmas flower arrangement from Sarata for my family in USA. Ordered on the 10th December 2023 £92.16 taken from my account, then advised they couldn't supply item and a full refund would be given within two working days.This was the same day, the 10th Still waiting No response to my messages. Have now contacted bank and reported this matter. As a pensioner on very limited means I am heartbroken that this has happened. Unfortunately did not read reviews before ordering- never again Utterly sickened that I have lost monet and fallen for this scam.

Placed an order on December 5th, 2023, #85576. Upon delivery of my confirmation email, I noticed an incorrect delivery date on the order. I sent an email right away noting my error, asking if the delivery date could be moved. I got no response to that email, but I did get an order cancelation email. I figured that was enough of an answer regarding the delivery date. I placed a second order for the EXACT same flowers on December 7th, 2023 order #88705 with the correct delivery date. I received an email the morning of December 8th (delivery date) that my order had been canceled. The explanation being "the florist in your area was unable to deliver the flowers". BOTH cancelation emails state the refund will be processed within 2 business days. It has now been 6 business days from my original order and 3 from the final order, neither of which includes today as a business day. I called their "customer service" line today to be told that they show a refund has been processed and it must be tied up at my bank. I spoke with my bank immediately following, who has NO notice of a refund being processed for either transaction. Upon calling customer service a second time, I was "tranferred" and then hung up on. Now my calls will not go through stating "The wireless customer is unavailable". Wireless customer? Isn't this a business?!!? I am NOT one to write hateful customer reviews. The loudest voices are usually the most unempathetic customers. However, if one person avoids this it was worth my time. I cannot stress enough to STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!! To customer service: if I am not contacted by end of day December 15th, I will be filing transaction fraud with my bank.
