I ordered flowers on Oct 22, 2024 they emailed back saying they could deliver the flowers. They sent an email mentioning the refund would be processed. Today is dec 4 since they’ve been lying over the phone and emails. Oh, the refund is processing and it should come in a few business days as they usually say. These people are thieves and we need to make them pay for what they’re doing to us and more people in the future. This is so frustrating because before ordering the flowers I googled them and saw they were ok, unfortunately this wasn’t right.i have 1 because 0 is not apparently an option.

I ordered flowers for a funeral just before leaving town to travel to the funeral. The website said they delivered to this area. It accepted the delivery date I asked for. They then sent an email and canceled the entire order. They did not even bother to call me. It was pure luck I looked at my email. Horrible service and misleading promises. Shame on them

Sorry I was scammed by this florist. I placed an order that was not fulfilled and have refused to refund the charges.

flowers ordered late July - cancelled same day since they couldn't fulfill the order. I have emailed them every month when I get my card statement and no refund has been processed. I get the same "canned" response from Margaret Reys stating she is personally overseeing the refund - it's been 5 months and no refund

Do not use Sarata florist!!!!! They are scamming people out of their money and not delivering the products that you are ordering. I have reported them for fraudulent behavior.

I only have a 1 due to it being the lowest I could go. These people are scammers. They take your money and never deliver. They play on your emotions to use their service to brighten someone's day or show condolences etc. They're trash people.

Ugh. I too fell prey to these vultures. Took my money and no flowers were ever delivered.

Horrible scammers On thanksgiving day and for an order of sympathy flowers. Just horrible. Card canceled and fraud claim submitted.
