One month has passed no refund . This is disgusting, I couldn’t wish my elderly relative a happy birthday and I feel guilty

Hello Jonathan, We cancelled your order because our local florist partner could not guarantee the quality of the roses and because you spent good money on this we did not feel as if we can deliver what you purchased. I see the refund was immediately placed by our team amd also see that the funds are back into your account so please take into account the banking holidays for the Christmas and New Year in the small delay. I have verified with the bank your funds are in your account and thank you so much for your review and your patience.

I typically do not write reviews, but I was scammed. I ordered flowers through Sarata’s website only to be told they could not be delivered by the date they indicated on the website AFTER i paid. I said okay, when could they be delivered and they said not for several weeks! I was guaranteed a refund- once verbally on the phone, another via email. It never happened. I keep emailing with no response. My advice, only use a reputable, well known company. I plan on sharing my experience all over social media if my refund doesn’t happen in the next couple of days. I feel like a fool, but I won’t let this happen to others. Our local news station covers scams, I am thinking of contacting them to prevent this from happening to others. They responded to this site saying I was issued a refund. I look everyday and no refund has been received.

We refunded you immediately amd double checked with the bank and they have also assured me with a receipt of your refund. Would you please look again for SARATA? ordered flowers to send to my mother for her birthday send me a text message if I give him a five star review in advance. He will make the bouquet bigger five hours later calls me up. Cancel my order says you can’t make the delivery. Great customer service. Never use your service again. Customers beware fraud.

Everything about this company is horrible! Order was placed, card was charged and the day of delivery I called to see where it was and they told me sorry the order was cancelled and we refunded the order. I have called and emailed 15 times in 37 days still no refund! SCAMMER

Dawn Hellooo! The funds a re back I can clearly see it and even contated the bank. Would you please look again my dear as we have an 100% refund policy that all of the management staff adheres to. I had tried to send flowers for a friend in the hospital, however they had cancelled the order claiming that they were out of stock. They sent an email that they would refund me the $60 I paid. It has been 2 weeks and I have still not received my refund. I had also sent an email a few days ago asking about the refund I was promised and still haven't heard anything back. I will be contacting my card company to address the issue further. Order number was 92257

An hour after placing my order, I received an email that they wouldn't be able to fulfill my order and I would be given a refund. That was over a month ago, and still no refund. I have reached out to them 3x with no help...that was $56.70 down the drain....today is 1/13/24 and after Trustpilot became involved, I'm happy to say I finally received a refund from Sarata yesterday.
