where is my refund man why are they able to take out money and cancel why are they in business or not!

We (business) placed a Funeral Service order for a customer on Feb 19th and were charged for it, but we received a cancelation email from Sarata immediately. I have sent three emails requesting our credit, but so far nothing has happened. I think I need to file a complaint with the BBB. Their website shouldn't have even been accepting payment if they were not in a position to fill orders. And WHY are they not able to credit us immediately? No service was performed. UPDATE: We finally received a credit one month later.

This company took my money. Then said they refunded back as they couldn't deliver. It's been 4 weeks and still no refund. They sent me a typed up refund notice. It's still not in my account. Scam! Theifs!!! DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!

Same experience as everyone else, the company appears as a top search hit and looks like a legitimate florist. They process your order and charge your card, then immediately email you that the order was cancelled and a refund was issued. The pending charge continued to process and charge my card and I have not been issued a refund, nor did I receive any product or service.

Scam! They immediately email saying they will issue a refund since they don't have the flowers available. But then they don't issue the refund. Never would have thought to check reviews, but hopefully this helps someone

Do not order or buy flowers from this company they only take your money and then hours later tell you sorry they can’t complete the order though I got a confirmation email and then drag you on returning your money bad business all together

This company is a fraud, wish I would’ve read reviews before ordering. They have no intention of actually selling flowers, just a way for them to get some money out of unsuspecting people. Just like everyone else I received an email saying my order was refunded but never received it. They say it will take time but it’s been a month and still nothing. Absolutely disgusting what people do to make money. Total fraud
