SCAM COMPANY. BE CAREFUL. Will charge your credit card, email you that your order was cancelled, and your money was refunded. But will never refund your money at all.

Zero stars Told me I would be refunded. Never happened. They take your card number and then cancel your order with no refund.

My experience was the same as most everyone else here. I went online and looked for a flower shop that delivered to a small town in California. They popped right up and had same day delivery, so I ordered a bouquet. Shortly after I received an email stating they cancelled my order and issued a refund, no explanation given. When I called, a man answered stating they were a small business and I was out of their delivery service. I later discovered they are based in New York. When I contacted my bank, the charge was pending. At that time the bank said I needed to contact the vender and give them the chance to make good on the refund. That’s when I found all the disputes online with the BBB and other sights. I called the company and talked to a rep. I told her if I didn’t get my refund I would be contacting the BBB. She begged me not to do that and promised I would see my refund in 3 days. She also sent an email stating the same. Meanwhile the charge went from pending to charged. I contacted the bank again. They asked a lot of questions, then agreed to reverse the charge.

A total scam! I placed an order and within minutes they emailed me saying they were unable to deliver to the area and said I would be refunded within a couple of days. Needless to say it’s been 2 1/2 weeks and i’m unable to get in contact with anyone. Unfortunately I seen review a little too late stating that this company is a scam!

An absolute scam. Ordered flowers like many others here, and had my purchase cancelled within the hour. Was told I’d get a refund and yet, over two weeks later, it wasn’t till I complained to the BBB that the refund was ACTUALLY processed.

Ordered flowers for my sister in usa from my parents in Ireland, took my order over the phone. Took my money then canceled my order that evening!!!! Now I'm afraid my parents won't get a refund which is now highly likely 🤬 never again STAY CLEAR

didn't listen to the reviews here, spent $60 on flowers for a friend. next day got the "we're sorry we couldnt complete your order. you'll receive a refund within 2 business days" email. over a month later, many emails and phone calls and no refund. had to file a dispute with my credit card company. ended up getting the flowers delivered through kroger
