If i could give no star i would. This place is unprofessional please DO NOT EVER. I REPEAT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My clients father passed Her friend was Devastated that she could not make it she called and ask me to order 2 Very nice Arrangements for her She sent the instructions , i called. Place the order. 2 days before the funeral call tuesday was told it was delivered, fast foward, i get to florida And the flowers were not there 👀 called the company no proper explanation more than their partner could not. Do the flowers so they canceled. But forgot to notify me had the nastiest attitude towards the situation not comforting at all needless to say my clients friends gesture was a flop thanks to SARATA. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO CLOSE BECAUSE. 75% of there reviews are horrible. Its obvious they are scamming ppl i will be reporting the. to the BBB!!!! This is unacceptable

This site is definitely a SCAM! They canceled my order and did NOT refund me. It also ended up costing me more to have something from someone else deliver in time after the last-minute cancellation... Will report them to the BBB!!

Stay away from these scammers! They will charge you and then tell you they cancelled their order and you will receive a refund which never will come! They need to be caught and prosecuted for theft!

On 3/29/24 I placed an online order for a flower arrangement and same day delivery. After I paid with a debit card and the money was deducted from my account I recieved an email that my order was canceled because they could not find a partner florist to design and deliver the arrangement and my money would be fully refunded. They did not make the refund, I emailed back asking that they make the transaction back to my card. It has yet to happen. BEWARE, THIS SITE IS A SCAM!

they charge my account and canceld my order within few minutes after they charged my account. it was my sons birthday that I wanted to send him a gift they disappointed me.after all I checked the reviews and it seems it’s not just me who went through the same issue but many other customers who have been through this issue before.

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday, but the order was cancelled by Sarata. They said they could not deliver them and apologize saying I would receive a refund. It's been over two weeks now and no refund. I have emailed them and they keep saying they will refund my money. I called my bank and they said it takes a week for a refund to post. I googled the name and it's no longer showing a Gastonia address.

Same experience as everyone else. Placed an order for flowers for my sister-in-law’s birthday. Within the hour, I received an email saying that the order had been refunded. I emailed asking why and they said it was outside of the delivery area. I still have not received the refund and will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I wish I would’ve read reviews before placing the order because this has been a nightmare.

I placed an order on March 18, 2024 for flowers to be sent to funeral home of loved one that passed away. Within 30 minutes I received an email stating "we regret to inform you that your order has been canceled. You are being fully refunded." I understand refunds generally take 7-10 BUSINESS days to go back onto the card used to purchase. I reached out to them & all they could say was "give it a couple more days then call us back". When I asked to speak to the manager, was told (the person I was speaking to) he was the manager. I asked for supervisor & was hung up on. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
