Dud nit deliver notified at the last minute that order would not be delivered. They did refund or said they were refunding my charge. Hasn't been refund on my card yet.

It's similar name to Sarasota Florist,but it's wrong. Sarata florist doesn't give you flowers.

Same fraudulent scheme as so many others. I ordered a flower delivery, paid with a credit card. Within hours, I received an email that they could not find a local florist to make the delivery, cancelled the order and would make a refund. This was two weeks ago. They never refunded and probably never will. I called the telephone number shown on the bank statement 800-723-7788. The person who responded claimed that a refund would be made but that it would take some time. We'll see. 04/19/24: I submitted a dispute to CitiBank, the credit card company. They inform me today that the dispute has been resolved in my favor and that a permanent credit for the amount of the sale has been posted to my account.

If I could give negative 1000000000 stars I would. Placed order on Jan. 15, 2024. They charged my card. The next day I received an email stating they could not deliver to that area and would issue a refund. I have spoke with them several times about my refund and every time they guaranteed the refund would be on my next statement. Here we are, 3 months later, and still no credit. I am contacting the BBB and going from there. I'm also going to see about contacting the fraud department with chrome, Google, etc. on the internet. There has to be a way to shut this down. I am so done with scammers!

Said order complete but flowers were never delivered. This place is a scam. Do not buy from here

If I could rate this company with a zero rating I would. I talked to a representative, order a flower for a funeral that needed to be there by 9:00 A.M. the next day. They took my order, sent me a receipt with everything that we discussed. Guaranteed me on the phone that it would be at the funeral home by 8:30 A.M. The next day around 8:25 A.M., I received an e-mail telling me that my order could not be fulfilled. I did not read my e-mails until 11:00 A.M. I called them and they told me that they tried to call me. That was untrue because they were not on my missed calls. I was told that they could not fulfill the order because the florist did not have the flowers for the order. This was an unacceptable reason. Why would you take an order, guarantee me that it was going to be there before time and e-mail me the next morning, 5 minutes before the flower should have been there. telling me they could not fulfill the order. I was livid. This flower was for a classmate's funeral. This is not the way that you do business. Of course, they said I would get a full refund, but that did not rectify the situation. They are unreliable. They were very callus and snippy in responding to my phone call. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. No one should be treated in the manner in which I was treated about this flower. They ruined everything. This is a Scam Group. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!! They have requested my order # so I am providing it. The order # was 184889.

I ordered flowers for my sister who had just had emergency surgery. Their ad stated they delivered in her area. They did not. Shortly after placing my order, I received two emails from them at the same time. The first was an order confirmation. The second one was an order cancelation, stating that my order had been fully refunded since they were unable to fulfill it. The charge was on hold, so it should have simply not finalized, but it did. I called asking about my refund and was told it was in process and might take a few days, so I waited. A week later I called again and was given the same answer. I waited another few days and then contacted the BBB to file a complaint. This company has had over 400 complaints in the past year, all of them the same situation as mine. They take the order, process the payment and cancel the order, while neglecting to process the refund until they are contacted by the BBB. I ordered the flowers on 03/13 and finally got my refund on 03/29.

Like many others I ordered flowers and received an email to say they could not fulfill my order and would refund the money. I’m still waiting……… several emails sent. I am so annoyed with myself as I usually check companies before I order or I use PayPal for security
