I ordered flowers for my mother in law on December 2, 2024 within 5 minutes I received an email from Sarata Florist saying they are cancelling the order due to not in their zone. They charged my visa 109.38 on December 2, 2024 as of this date December 13, 2024 they have yet to refund me. I have called them over a dozen times emailed them and they have done nothing. I already contacted my bank to put in a fraud dispute. I wish I would of read the reviews first about this company. They are thieves they refuse to refund my credit card, stay away from them.

Horrible I was make a order in November 22 and after I received a email they canceled my order and they never refunded my money I was sending them to ask for my refund they never responded my refund was not received yet please don’t be scammer work for your money don’t steal from the customer the money we worked hard only because you don’t want to do anything to make money I am unsatisfied with Sarata flowers

Absolute scam! No confirmation ever came and they never answer the phone again after the purchase is made. Claiming they have same day delivery, etc. That was a lie!

SCAMMER SCAMMER!!! Do not buy flowers from this site; they are scammers. They also canceled my order and didn’t refund me. Then they tried to use my card, luckily without success.

They accepted my $80 dollar order, to cancel it an hour later with no reason giving, claiming they’d process a refund, they have not and the business still remains unreachable

Nov 2024 - Ordered flowers for a funeral. Received an email stating they could not fulfill my order and they would refund my money. I never got the refund and they stopped responding to my emails.

BEWARE! I, unfortunately should have read the reviews before contacting and ordering a flower delivery from this ‘company’. I was assured during the order taking they were a local and operating florist in the city i wanted the flowers delivered to. WRONG! They are out of NY. I was not aware of that until I received a debit notification on my phone as soon as the order was placed. As the other reviewers stated, order taken, money taken, order cancelled within hours of placing it, and no refund. I ended up reporting my stupidity to my financial institution and requested a new debit card. I Sarataflorist hounded them daily via calls and emails (6 days). I contacted and reported them to the following: Internet Crime Complaint Center (sent Sarataflorist a screen shot of the complaint); Google for fraudulent business dealings, the Federal Trade Commission (sent Sarataflorist a screen shot of the complaint and case number), and the Better Business Bureau. Sarataflorist was advised via phone and emails of my actions. Low and behold, I am one of the few to receive refund. I cannot stress enough the importance of honest reviews and will, from now on confirm I am dealing with a locally owned business.
