It’s a scam they would get you to order and cancel the order and say they refunded but they never do please be careful this is not a legit company

Placed an order on 4/16/2024 for delivery. They took my money and 30 mins later, I received an email like everyone else that the order was cancelled without any explanation as to why. Tried reaching out to them by phone I was hang up on. So reached out to my bank to dispute charges. After researching them further online, I see this is a huge scam. I don't know how they manage to stay in business.

This company took my money for a flower arrangement that they cancelled. Very untrustworthy!!!!

If I could do no stars I would. My ordered go canceled and they said I would be issued a refund and I never received one. Don’t get scammed like I did.

They say they will send the flower arrangement same day. They bill you & then come back saying they cannot fulfill the order, crazy they're florists, but can't fulfull a flower order. They say they Have Reversed the charge. BE CAREFUL, they didn't. I had to have my bank get me my credit . Sad, you cannot trust anyone To their reply: the only way I received my credit was AFTER I called the bank. It was Not done when I was told it would be.

After reviewing my credit card statements today (4/16?2024) for the last year, I realized they never refunded the card (see email below). Important lesson! Always check to ensure refund was issued. Margaret Reys Customer Service Manager Updated 4/18/2024: After replying to the initial refund email, disputing charges with my bank, leaving review here, and filing complaint with BBB, I am happy to see the refund posted to my credit card account. However, I do not believe their excuse that their system shows the flowers were delivered. If their system truly shows that, then their system needs a complete overhaul. I can 100% assure you that the flowers were never delivered. If they had been, I would not be wasting my time filing complaints against them. They did get one thing right, I am an unhappy customer. They seem to have a lot of those....

If I could give negative stars I would. I tried sending flowers to a friend out of state. Didn't know this was a scam as I don't know florists in that area. Got the same email as everyone else stating my order was canceled and I would receive a refund. Still no refund. Very disappointed and frustrated. Give me my money back..

Biggest scam there is, save your money. After you order online they send you an email saying for for your order being canceled due to insufficient materials and your money will be refunded 2-5 business days. I'm now at day 13 and still their saying mu money will be refunded and I called and emailed them and I'm getting same response. This is not a good company to buy flowers from its a scam.
