I sent my daughter flowers for her birthday and she never received them. These people need a talking too. The Italian way. Losers. No flowers and no refund.

I wish I could give 0 stars to this business cause I placed an order to be delivered to my sister on her birthday, minutes later they sent me an email stating the order had been canceled and a refund was issued. Days later and I still had not seen a refund. Called them and they said they already issued the refund and had to wait for my bank or credit card to post it. I called my credit card immediately upon reading online that this company was a scam and that many customers had the same issue. They submitted a claims requesting my refund. Buyer be ware. Sarata florist.com are scammers. Do not buy from them.

Scammers, i put in an order for same day delivery to a friend who just lost their mom. Within 10 minutes they said it was cancelled and i got an email saying a refund was processed. I called the company to ask why it was cancelled and they said they didn't service the area... Days later i never got my refund so i contacted my bank and bank said sarata never sent it. i then emailed sarata and got an email back apologizing and saying they will fix but they never did. I start feeling scammed and discover many people have been scammed by this company

Another big time scam. Ordered flowers for our new granddaughter and 15 minutes after giving them my credit card info, I get an email saying my order has been cancelled and will be fully refunded. I immediately called the bank, and once it is posted, they will dispute the charge and file (another) complaint for fraud. It’s such a scam, but looks legit. DO NOT BE FOOLED ONE DAY LATER…. Another charge from them for the exact amount!!! Both are pending on my credit card. After a call to my bank, they said once it gets posted, they will file a fraud claim against them. 🤞🙏

I ordered flowers on 4/3 and unfortunately it was cancelled the same way as everyone else’s was. I emailed on 4/11 regarding a refund and was told they were working on it. I still have not received the refund and it is 4/23 and am no longer getting responses to my emails. I need my money back! The website says 2-5 days and we are approaching a month. I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. Super unhappy with this experience.

FRAUD!! I hope you people have somebody do to each of you personally, exactly what you’ve been doing to all of us! This was my daughter’s first time away from home for her birthday and all I wanted was for her to feel loved by receiving flowers but you destroyed that! I will make it my mission to inform as many people as possible to destroy this company and have you closed down! Shame on me for falling for your scam, but you picked the wrong Mama to screw over!

They stole my money too. I came here to look at the reviews and I was not disappointed. I’ve been emailing them and every time you get the same reply stated that you will be refunded but never do. I’m going to contact my bank to see if they will be able to help because this is so annoying stealing ppl money like that for no reason. Stupid scammers F ya’ll. This is the stupid order number 198915.
