this business are horrible, they asked me for place the order submit a review before i receive the flowers, i said no, until i see the arrangements they insisted to give 5 stars and i told them why they insist, now i know why,!the arrangements are not the same they showing in their website, was horrible!!! i feel so bad for my daughter in love when i asked to send me the pictures. don’t waste your money here. scammers

I placed an order from them on 4/17. The next day I received a message from them that my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund. I sent a message and I not had a response. I will be file complaint with the BBB also.

Hello my dearrr I have looked into this for you and we show a full and timely refund on this. BUT I have pushed through manually anotherrefund so please check your bank again tomorrow. They don't even deserve a one star. I ordered flowers, cake pops and strawberries for a birthday. They charged my card $154 immediately and then sent me an email 30 minutes later stating my order could not be processed and I would receive a full refund. That was on March 28th and to this day I still have yet to see the refund and they state there working on it. I'm not an idiot and I know it doesn't take this long to refund a card

Yessss hiii Absolutely correct when a delivery is not possible by one of our local florist partners we notify our customers so that they have a chance t o shop for something else or somewhere else. Your refund as I have double checked has been applied to your bank account and so please go on and look for Sarata Flowers again. Absolute scam. Our daughter who is away at college used this florist to send flowers to her best friend for her birthday. As soon as she placed the order she received a message saying they canceled the order because it was out of their delivery zone. They claimed to issue her a refund, even sent a false refund receipt, but never refunded her. She is now out over 60$ and it is completely unacceptable. I hope these people find karma real soon. Sarata Florist- there’s still no refund. Hope it feels good taking advantage of college kids. We’re reporting you to our bank so you can’t continue to steal from teenagers or anyone else.

Hiiiii I have looked and your refund was given. Please look in your account again because sometimes there can be a delay based on your card type. For example, debit cards can take a bit longer. If I could have left a 0 start review I would. Order Flowers, chocolate and other things for my sister birthday to be delivered same day. 4 hours later wondering why I didn’t receive any window for delivery time, I called and costumer service informed that they just cancelled my order because they don’t deliver in the area I requested. I am upset because 4 after the order was placed and payed that informed they cancelled…, for a same day delivery. Very unprofessional, what kind of service are they providing. No empathy for costumers. Terrible business model.
