Worst business to deal with. I ordered flowers, got no confirmation of ordered, no flowers delivered, no explanation why, no contact that deliver wasn't made. A weeks later I am still waiting for refund. Customer service is foreign sourced and difficult to deal with. STAY AWAY!

On May 7, 2024 I ordered flowers from Sarata Florist before checking the reviews. I received an email stating order was placed and within 15 minutes I received an email stating my order was cancelled. I tried calling Sarata Florist but they would not answer the telephone. I called my bank but it was too late to stop the transaction. Now I have to wait a few days to dispute this transaction. DO NOT ORDER ANY FLOWERS FROM THIS FLORIST. Update: Refund was received and my account was credited on May 10, 2024 Matter is resolved. Thanks for your help.

Also I looked into your order deeper and it was not ent out because our local florist partner could not make the arrangement you purchased so in this case we refunded you immediately so you can either purchase something else or try with another flower delivery service. I ordered flowers 18 days ago. Very next day received an email that order was cancelled & to allow 2-5 business days for refund. I have called them 3 times & they keep saying wait a few days. This is ridiculous & will never order thru them again. Do not use this company!

I ordered flowers for my sister in another state after she had emergency surgery from Sarata... unfortunately I read the reviews later. What a mistake. Everything was saying they refunded their money because they couldn't fulfill their order, but they were not refunded until months later. Lo and behold, I received an email later in the day saying they refunded my money... it was too late in the day to order different flowers for my sister. I order flowers for my sister to be delivered on 4 of December 2023 they cancelled my order and said that they make a full refund. Now it is 4 of May 2024 and I am still waiting for my refund!!! Such a scam company!!!!

Helloooo! I am not sure why you cannot see your refund because on my end it is showing. Woukd you please look again for Sarata? We have an 100% refund policy and all our employees are trained to follow it. We do thousands of oders daily and we always refund customers as promised! Im always here please check again and let me know. I have resent the refund on my end but if there is a double refund please let me know!

Update: Today is May 14th and i still have not received my refund. My bank is handling it so i will get my money back. I would give 0 stars! Horrible company! Scam!!! I ordered flowers to be delivered for my mom's birthday. About 30 minutes after I ordered I received an email stating they couldn't find a partner florist to deliver and I would receive a refund. I ordered on April 11th. On April 24th I emailed them asking when I would receive the refund. Got another email from the customer service manager Margaret Reys on April 25, 2024 stating she was on top of it and I would receive a refund as soon as possible. I emailed her on May 2, 2024 and still have not heard back from them or her. They took my money with no problem. It's 8 days away from being a month ago that I ordered flowers and have NOT received a refund yet. Horrible service!
