Ordered the flowers on 5/9 and received confirmation email. Later on 5/9 I received email that they could not fulfill the order and were cancelling and would issue a refund. I emailed them for a couple of days...I called only to listen to music for over an hour! $55+ now gone from my account and no refund in sight! DO NOT order from this place. Its just a sham and I reported to the better business too!

They take your money and immediately refund. I guess this is why you never click on the sponsored ads on Google when searching for florists. If you’re reading this, your money probably went towards their ads and curry. 🍛

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM SARATA I was searching florists on an FTD search and this scam company came up. Their MO: I placed my flower order over the phone. The next day I got a email stating that the florist was unable to deliver the flowers and that I was to get a refund. NO REFUND. I did some research and there are scores of customers that were scammed in the same way. AVOID!!!
