They cancelled order and still have not refunded my money. This seems to be their practice from the BBB reviews. DO NOT use them!!!

Ordered my best friend birthday flowers, within an hour I received an email stating I would receive a full refund. I’ve emailed twice and still haven’t received a refund. Such a shame that people can scam innocent people out of money!

I have the same story on here as everyone else. I placed an order for a friends birthday, they cancelled it two hours later and told me I was getting a refund. Noticed that the charges with my bank no longer said “pending” but reflected that they had taken the money. I emailed them and the lady I spoke to said that she’d look into it but as it’s been 6 days, I’m not hopeful. I disputed this with the bank three days ago but they won’t be able to get me my money back until July. Don’t ever use this scumbag company

I ordered funeral spray with card & soray was never delivered if they made it at all Untrustworthy service over the phone I would recommend to avoid this business

This outfit is a scam. I placed an order for Mothers Day. Gave the address in Tennessee. Checked the confirmation email and they were sending it to Pennsylvania. They cancelled order and said they would issue a credit. Still waiting and on top of that they lied and told me that my bank was holding up the refund. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK

SCAM!!!!!! Ordered flowers then got a email saying my order was canceled and I would get a refund….. well no refund yet 😡

I still haven’t got my refund . I Called twice and they keep telling me it’s coming .. they both said different things definitely wouldn’t order from this place. They seem shady. Not reliable at all I made an order at 9 AM and they canceled it hours later when it was too late to call any other place. Would never order from them again

Shortly after I ordered the flowers, I received an email stating they could not fill the order. They stated that I would receive a refund...I'm still waiting, so I looked them up on the better business bureau site and found that Sarata has over 600 complaints. Beware!
