They stolen my money, I have 2 weeks waiting for my refud and I never had.

Like everyone else, I ordered flowers BEFORE I read the reviews. Order canceled, money stolen. Got the canned "your refund has been issued." Yeah, horrible scammers. I WILL be reporting to every law enforcement agency I can think of, BBB, CPA, Federal Trade Commission, and anyone else I can think of who may be able to shut this operation down. This isn't just bad business-this is criminal.

This company is a SCAM operation. They took my order, charged my credit card, and never delivered the flowers. A day after I ordered they sent me a follow up email stating the flowers could mot be delivered and that my credit card had been refunded. Never happened! Stay away from this company!!

I tried sending flowers to my sister-in-law who was diagnosed with stage-4 cancer. Like everyone else here, they emailed me saying that they could not deliver to the address and they would issue a refund within 2 days. It's been more than 2 months. I've had several emails with "Margaret Reys, customer service manager at Sarata Florist" who keeps saying that she was personally handling the refund. This company is a scam. I hope people read these reviews before ordering. I typically would do that, but was so busy, I just trusted that they would do the right thing. Never again. I will always read the reviews from now on. After reading some of these reviews, I seriously have no idea how these people sleep at night. If I could give them zero stars, I would have chosen that option.

I ordered my flowers, I was charged and the day after they canceled the order for no reason. They sent an email saying that I was fully refunded but I never received my money back. In their website they say, it takes 5 business days to receive your money but you will never see your money again. Please stay away from them and I hope someone will make them pay for what they have done to people.

This company is a scam . I ordered flowers in September 2024 and order was cancelled for no reason . I sent several emails and also called several times requesting my money back . They keep saying my money will be back in my account , still no money back in my account and is already December .

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Terrible company/scam. Same as all the others, placed an order one day cancelled the next waiting over a month now for my refund still not money back in my account. Sent numerous emails they just keep lying back and forth now I am out of the money. Please stay away from this company hopefully someone will get them in jail

This business IS A SCAM. Once you order, they take your money, cancel the order pretending the local florists were not able to fulfill your orders, and then NEVER issue a refund. I emailed them and all they kept saying over a month that they’re working on the issue. It was all BS! They stole my money and I’m involving the police as there’s so much evidence they’re doing that to hundreds and hundreds of people with no consequences. I’ve done an investigation and over 300 people unfortunately have been scammed. Whoever is behind this fraud will be in jail soon I promise.
