This is a scam company
This is a scam company. There are hundreds of complaints filed with the BBB. Everyone says tgey placed their order, order was canceled with promise to pay, and they never refund the money. Same thing happened to me.

Hi Cynthia! I'm not sure why you can't see your refund, as it's showing on my end. Could you please check again for Sarata? We have a 100% refund policy, and we always make sure to follow it. We handle thousands of orders daily and always refund customers as promised. I’ve resent the refund on my end. If you end up with a double refund, just let me know. Horrid company! Thiefs!!!…
Ordered flowers the company said they had to cancel the order and I would not be charged the $91.00. It cleared my account and I called them a few days later and asked why they charged me. I was told it would be refunded to my account and 19 days later still no refund! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THRU THIS COMPANY!!!

Hello Winona, Your refund was processed right away, so can you please check your account for Sarata Florist? I also found out that your order wasn't sent because our local florist partner couldn't make the arrangement you picked. We refunded you immediately so you can either choose something else or try another flower delivery service. If you need anything, I'm here for you.

This is a total Scam
This is a total Scam. They are not a florist, they have a fake business address, they take your money and then cancel the order and then say the refund is coming however, there is no refund. Check the BBB complaints. I lost $51.81 that has not been returned, nor have they issued a refund. I reported them to the FTC, the BBB and I've had to cancel my credit card and have it reissued along with filing a dispute for the charge. Shame on these people. UPDATE: 6/22/24, The money has been returned to my card after I filed a dispute with my card company.

SCAM!!!!
I ordered a funeral arrangement to be delivered on May18, 2024. The flowers never arrived to funeral Home. When Iquestioned them on May 19, I was told that address was outside their delivery area. My credit card was charged $110.48 . I have been told that a credit had, been issued on three occassions. As of today a credit has yet to appear mon my credit card.

Sarataflorist has to be a scam! Don't use them!
Sarataflorist has to be a scam I have never had such a hard time getting a refund nor seeing so many negative reviews about how people's order was canceled just like mine and money never sent back. This is my money not yours.. not a loan.. mineyour website says 2-5 business days to refund.. I'm going on 2 weeks and 2 days being close to 12 business days.

This company is a total SCAM
I ordered flowers, they said they couldn't deliver it, sent me an e-mail promising a refund that never took place. It's a scam.
