I place an order for flowers, received my confirmation. Now an hour later I receive an email stating my order is canceled and I should receive a refund with 3 business days. There are many people stating that this business will take your money then cancel your order. Some people are stating that have not received their refund. If I do not receive my refund I will dispute this with my bank. Maybe a class action needs to be filed against this Merchant.

Don’t trust this place, they take money from you and then they cancel the order . I still waiting for my refund for two months.

On May 14 I ordered flowers for my sister’s 70th birthday from Sarata Florist. After taking my payment by card, they sent me notice that my order was cancelled and that I was being refunded. The refund has not been sent to my account, although I’ve called them several times and was told each time that the refund was coming. It is now a month and a half later.

I guess i was advanced like everyone else. My girl was having a bad day so i tried to brighten it by sending flowers to her job but the cancelled my order and sent an email in stead of calling. My money is NOT back in my account and i need my $95.00 back immediately

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from Sarata Flowers. I ordered flowers on June 13, 2024, for a funeral service the following day, and was charged $99.07. Shortly after placing the order, I received an email stating that my order had been canceled and that I would be refunded. I have contacted customer service multiple times, specifically Margaret Rays, and each time I was assured that my refund would be processed. However, to date, I have not received the refund. It is extremely distressing to face such an issue during an already difficult time. This experience has added unnecessary stress and frustration. If I could give a zero rating, I would. I will be contacting my bank, the attorney general, and any other relevant authorities to resolve this matter. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Sarata Flowers.

Ordered flowers for death in the family. They charged me and confirmed it would be sent that day. Flowers never sent and they claimed to refund me and sent email. The money was never sent! Turning into my bank and BBB!!! N

Same thing as every other complaint. They stole $87 from me 2 weeks ago the same way as described in every review below. THEY JUST REFUNDED MY MONEY TODAY (JULY 2ND) IN FULL - IT TOOK 3 WEEKS TO GET THE REFUND. I FILED A FRAUD CASE WITH MY BANK AND PERHAPS THIS IS WHY SARATA REFUNDED ME.
