Absolute scam, did not receive

Place an order wasn’t delivered. They say I have a refund but if there’s no refund this company does this on purpose don’t worry karma will find you. Don’t order from this company. The owner answers the phone with a hello, not even the company name. These flowers were going to somebody who has been passed away. This was very kind of them don’t you think. Their scumbags. ….

Placed an order for a flower arrangement. Shortly after taking my money I received a cancellation email with a statement that my money was refunded. That was on June 16th. I still have not received my refund after reaching our to them and be assured that I would receive my refund. This company is clearly a scam - check out the BBB F rating. I have to question the 5 stars on this site. I just want my money back, with interest since I have to pay interest on my credit card. I have been asked to add more information to verify my order. On June 16th I order the Sweet Little Wagon Bouquet for a new baby in Maine. I received the confirmation at 11:30 am PST Order #257903. At 12:07PM I received the notice of cancellation and that refund had been issued. On June 24th I reached out via email that we still had not received our refund. I receive a message from Margaret Rey thanking me for bringing it their attention and that they were actively working on resolving the issue. She also stated that I would receive the refund as soon as possible. On July 5th I reached out again inquiring about our refund and asking if there was an issue. On July 6th I received a response from Margaret Rey that she was personally working on the refund.

My wife ordered me flowers for our anniversary and she got an email confirming order, then she received a cancellation email. She was waiting for a reimbursement and of course she never got it. She called the 1800 number and someone from India picked up the call and said they did reimburse her. This is of course BS and we are now trying to work with the bank to see if we can get reimbursed . Please do not purchase from them.

Heads up this people do not refund you money. After they take your money they say they don't deliver to that area and do mot refund your money to your account.

This is a scam. I just had to spend an hour reporting them to my credit card company and had to cancel my card and get new ones issued. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Nothing good about this company. You will lose your money and forget about getting a refund. Looking at their reviews, everyone has same complaint. Will notify B.B.B. next.

This is a scam company. I ordered flowers from them on June 17th 2024, the following day I received a notice that the order had been canceled today is July 2nd 2024 and I am still waiting for a refund. Do not order flowers from this company! Update: Today is July 5th refund finally is pending at my bank after several phone calls to them.
