Do not use this company. They will take your money then cancel your order and will NEVER issue your refund… Beware.

Buyer Beware!!! I placed an order. My card was charged and then the order was cancelled with no time for me to find another option. They never refunded my money! I had to file a dispute with my credit card company!

This is a first for me....I know without a doubt that they do not deserve even one star! I ordered flowers to be sent to my daughter and her husband for their anniversary. Sarata are FTD, but they never fulfilled the order. My credit card company reimbursed me for the loss, but I filed a complaint with the BBB and GOOGLE. Never again!!! An update: on September 26th, I received a notice from my credit card company that they received a reimbursement for my order. So a plus for Sarata’s honesty but still a disappointment for timeliness.

They STEAL your money! You place an order, they thank you for it. Then they CANCEL the order, shortly after. I guess after they see the charge went through. Now I have to order from another florist....... It will be one month on the 21st alot of emails but I am out $66.37. They say "they are still working on it!" WE all know now that this is PURE BULL!!!!! My order #312642 I pretty much reach out, once a week! They respond w/an email, but it ends there. I deal w/alot of companies and not one takes this long for a return, this should be a simple process!

I HAD to give them a star so I can write a review. These folks are scammers. They don't care. I've called them and it's probably the same ppl who run that social security scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE $. It's ashame! My cousin passed and I trusted these scammers to deliver to funeral home. They canceled and have NOT received a refund. They will write you saying you got a refund, but you haven't. Stay away.

I PLACE ORDER ON 8/3/24 FOR FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED ON 8/4/24, ON 8/4/24 i RECEIVED AN EMAIL INDICATING THE ORDER WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND A REFUND HAD BEEN PROCESSED. AS OF 9/10/2024 REFUND HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED AND I HAD TO CONTACT THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE.
