I would give this company a zero if it was an option. They never told me that the flowers couldn’t be delivered until I called them. Still waiting on refund. Terrible-don’t waste your time here.

They took my money and then canceled. Same as everyone else is reporting.

I ordered flowers for a family funeral. I was promised it wasn’t too late and they would be delivered. I drove 2 hours to the funeral and no flowers from me. I got an email hours later telling me it was cancelled due to no local florist available. WHAT? This is MIAMI and there are a plenty of local florists. This is a sham! I think they are just middle marketing taking and distributing orders. It’s terrible.

I’d give zero stars if I could. This has been a nightmare. I placed an order to a major metropolitan area. No delivery. No email stating no delivery. When I found out the flowers had not been sent, I called for a refund. I’ve now called FOUR times. Much like my flower delivery, no refund. The last time I called, the customer service representative yelled at me. I’m considering a law suit.

The company sent me an email to advise they had to cancel my order and would send me refund. I have sent follow up emails and only response I get is an apology and refund on the way. Its approaching two months and still no refund. Wish I read the reviews. I'm out nearly $100.

scammers, they cancel the order then never return the money!!! beware! filing a report with the business bureau ! called 3 times and emailed- never saw my money back , horrible !!!!!!!!!!
