Mihaela in Sarah Creal's customer service department was fantastic. They were friendly, professional and resolved my issue in a prompt and thoughtful way. I was more than impressed and this process showed me the kind of company they are and how they appreciates their customers.

My issue was understood and corrected immediately! Great people great products!

The effectiveness and kindness with which I was treated made me give five stars. The problem was solved quickly and efficiently. Thanks so much, Michaela at Sarah Creal.

Super prompt and comprehensive suggestions for me with justification for why they would work. I felt like she really understood my complexion and explained it to me in ways that I have not had explained to me before.

I have enjoyed Sarah’s products. They are amazing and my skin feels flawless. Not a heavy make up feeling but so natural. I had to return an item do to my skin sensitivity. They graciously allowed me to keep the items to pass on to family. So professional and appreciative.

Amazing customer service!

Mihaela, was very helpful trying to ensure I am satisfied 100%. I appreciate your dedication. Thanks.

I am not one of those women that can match foundation shades to my face without an expert telling me what to use. Sarah Creal's customer support team rivals the in person support at big box stores. There's no up-selling to navigate. There's no persuasive language to match you with a foundation type that doesn't fit your face or your style. It's simply: here are our products, here are the shades that match you, let us know if this doesn't work and we'll make it right. It's what I remember customer service to be when I was growing up in the 80s. Additionally, this formula does not irritate my skin or my eyes. This brand and the team supporting the brand is a 10/10!
