What went wrong? How about paying for a service that I did not get. I paid for express shipping and what I got was standard shipping. 10 days has come and gone and here I sit still waiting. How many people pay for the same service that don't get that service? That's a lot of free money gained. Good way to make profit, not a good way to keep customers.

You send me an email on oct 13 to rate my experience for an order placed on sept 27 that I havent recieved and there has been no movement on a tracking number. I cant rate an experience since I havent seen the quality of the products your selling and so far my experience hasent been non existent except for emails telling me I placed an order. Ask me again when I receive my products and Ill give a real review.
