Bought Santa Cruz reserve hd alloy…
Bought Santa Cruz reserve hd alloy wheels because of the lifetime warranty on the wheels. Shortly after purchasing I heard that they no longer replace the wheel like for like in the event of a failure but have your wheel rebuilt by one of their bike shops or send you a rim and agree to pay £80 for the wheel to be rebuilt. I thought that's not ideal but not a deal breaker either. Unfortunately now I've come to use the warranty myself and the warranty cover has diminished even further to the point you're just sent a replacement rim and it's over to you to purchase your spokes and nipped nipples and find yourself a wheel builder. This far from the "we'll have you back on the trails in no time" promise I was sold when I bought them.
