If I could register a minus review it would be applicable. An order was placed 6 weeks ago and payment taken in full. I have yet to receive an update on shipping. Communications have been extremely poor and there is no phone number to call. All one can do is repeatly fill out the “communication form” and hope for a response. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and try and recover my $ from the credit card company. Strongly recommend NOT doing business with Sans Martin Shoes. Though the website is slick and looks promising the positive experience ends there.

These shoes look great but the cut around the ankles does not work for me. Ended up with blisters on both ankles. Customer services suggested thicker socks and germolene and that the shoes can take a while to wear in !! Not what I was expecting

These shoes were hard and uncomfortable. I got bad blisters the second day I wore them. I am a size 6.5 with normal fitting.

Update, the shoes have now been back with the warehouse for 9 working days. No response to a request for an update. I’m delighted that the “new reviewer” below has had a great experience, as she is in the minority. The test of a business relates to customer care and dealing with issues, not just taking orders and generating income. Looks like SM are a big fail.

ordered 2 pairs & returned 1 - had confirmation of return but no refund. 2 x emails sent & still no contact or refund - disappointing!
