On my first order with San Rico I failed to purchase the adapter needed for the tool. They responded within a day and arranged for me to get the adapter, normally not sold on-line, and even gave it to me half price with free shipping. Great customer service.

Package received.
I thought I was having delivery issues but failed to take into account the time of year (week before Christmas) - my bad. I contacted Sanrico and they looked into it and advised it was on its way, and sure enough my package showed up. I have ordered several times in the past with Sanrico and based on my experiences, would definitely order from them again.

I messed up trying to activate a discount. Reached out to them and in 2 days they issued me a refund on my order. Super public relations!!!! I will continue being a customer for both the great PR and very good products.

I needed to cancel my order
I ordered something that I need to cancel shortly after because a family member had bought the same item. I emailed Sanrico to explain the situation and they were very friendly and prompt and cancelled the order without issue. My money was refunded a few days later. Luckily, I noticed the 24 hour order cancellation policy and did it within the time period. It's good to note the fine print.
