exceptional customer service. I had ordered a product not knowing that a special adapter was needed. Sanrico bent over backwards to locate one and provided me with a 50% discount.

The folks at Sanrico have been very helpful! When an order seemed to disappear - after a slight hiccup, they investigated and then re-sent the order, which has now been delivered. The items themselves are of good quality; and will be very useful. I am impressed with their friendliness; and willingness to assist at every stage. More than happy and will definitely deal with them again.
