Missed all my previous emails
I missed all my previous emails of "Old Woodworking Books" links and deleted them because I did not know they were coming in that form. I failed to see the mention of the…
I failed to notice mention of the required adapter when I placed my order. Thus the product received was useless without it. I contacted the Sanrico service team about my dilemma. They responded right away and provided me an opportunity to purchase the needed part. It’s great doing business with entrepreneurs that provide a good product and also value “customer service”.
