Great customer service!
I recently made an error in my order, reached out to the company and was delighted at how quickly they they handled and resolved my problem, something that never seems to happen anymore. Would highly recommend this company and would do business with them again. Thank you for your help!

Customer service is alive and well @ Sanrico
I have ordered several items from Sanrico over the past 6 months. I have found their customer communication to be outstanding and the quality of the items to be very good. Recently I made a mistake in my order and failed to purchase the adapter that was necessary to fit my existing tool. Upon reaching out to customer service and explaining my error I not only received a very prompt reply but more important a very satisfactory offer to remedy my error. In a world where more and more transactions are moving online it is good to know that customer service is alive and well at Sanrico.

Finally 3rd time lucky .
I've been waiting since last year to get my product , the carrier firm started up in a different town and the don't deliver out to where I live . They didn't have my telephone No. so couldn't get in contact with me . Hopefully they will get it when Sanrico send my product to me this time , as all my Address and phone No. are correct this time . Cheers Tony .
