SanricoReviews of sanrico.com

This company is the real deal. I purchased the Power Sphere Grinder attachment. It arrived as expected, free shipping, and I was impressed by the solid construction. It is a major attachment, and not some cheap part you might expect from a place by the Harbor. I am delighted with my purchase, can't wait to start using it.

While it was difficult to find customer service on the website, they were extremely responsive and found my missing UPS order and corrected it in two days!! No that’s how you ‘run a railroad’ and my stepfather used to say. I will shop here again. Also their drill bits worked as advertised.

I.ordered some aluminium welding rods and in the process of ordering I put the wrong address in . Once I contacted Sanrico they immediately replied and said they would ship me a new batch for free, including delivery. Great service!

I received my order for the powersphere and was super excited to use it. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong one without the adapter. I contacted customer service and they explained what I did wrong. They sent me the correct link to get the adapter and assured me they would have out to me the next day. My questions were answered, my first order arrived early and the customer service I received was outstanding. Thank you for everything, I will be placing another order for a father's day present.

MY Mistake, I mistakenly had some duplicate orders and within an hour the issue was corrected. I was very impressed as that rarely happens in the internet world without jumping hoops and red tape. I will be back for more product. Thank You

Got my parts in a timely manner. Happy with the service.

I have rated Sanrico 5 out of 5 stars for their quick response on my request. I duplicated my order due to my misunderstanding of ordering service. When I saw what happened, I immediately text customer service and recieved a very quick response. In less than 24 hours my request was resolved with a beneficial outcome for myself and Sanrico. I will purchase again from Sanrico again and will recommend their products and praise their service. Thank you Harold Smith Union Missouri
