Saniede ShopReviews of saniedeshop.com

What a rip off. Items I purchased were not worth the money I spent. Also tracking number did not work. Found out by researching that the items were coming from China. Would not recommend this company to anyone. That's what I got from ordering off an ad on the internet so beware.

I ordered a custom tumbler as a Christmas gift and the quality of the print is horrible. You cannot read it. I emailed customer service and the only remedy they had was to provide me a discount and refund for a future order. Very disappointed.

Whatever........

I ordered two T-shirts. They sent me the wrong shirts. I realized this when I saw the order coming to me in a follow-up email. I called, emailed, MANY times telling them not to send it. I got an email reply 13 DAY LATER informing me that it was too late to change the order. I emailed them back asking how I could return them as they aren't what I wanted. I'm still waiting for a reply.

They used someone else's cup photo trying to pass it as their own work and the product I received was completely different and very cheap looking.

Ordered a product from them on 09/16/2021, today is 10/23/2021 and was told it would be another month, but they did say they could refund me. A month ago they told me it was being shipped. I wouldn't trust them too much. They have given out misinformation multiple times. This is from an e-mail they sent me on 09/17/2021 and haven't received it yet... Thanks for your trust. Be Happy! Saniede Shop cannot be trusted. As of 11/22/021, I am still waiting for the product ordered 09/16/2021.

Products are nice but customer service is non existent. They don't respond in a timely manner or at all. They do not keep you updated regarding a shipment's arrival. My item took over one month to arrive and I did not receive any updates, explanations or apologies.

I hope to never shop with this retailer again. It took 30 days to receive my order, and the product I received is a cheap and shoddy version of the item listing I purchased. For reference, I purchased a graphic T-shirt and was very disappointed by the quality of what finally came in the mail. The material is slippery/shiny and there's no information on what the fabric is made of (there's no tag on the product and also no information on the web listing). Rather than a heat transfer design that's pressed onto a cotton t-shirt (what the listing looked like), the design is badly printed INTO the fabric (??). It looks like the material that is used to make company/corporate tablecloths that are used at trade shows and conventions. Additionally, the design itself is blurry and oversized... I was going to contact customer support asking for a refund, when I noticed that their refund policy is void 30 days after you PURCHASE your product. Convenient, since it took 30 days to receive the product... This is particularly frustrating because it wasn't until I contacted their customer service team to inquire about my order status that I received any processing or shipping notifications from the company. I had the impression that my order hadn't been started until I reached out asking for an update... I was SO eager and excited to receive this product as I was hoping to wear it for a particular event, but I am thoroughly upset over the whole experience.
