Island Vacations is a wonderful agency…
Island Vacations is a wonderful agency to book your vacation rental with. Previously, we had rented with a larger rental agency and have seen such a difference of service with Island Vacations. Being a smaller group, I feel as though they are more interested and attentive to your needs. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work, Island Vacations!

Had trouble getting things taken care…
Had trouble getting things taken care of in a timely matter- like the screen door replacement in the master bedroom took almost 2 weeks. It is was our oversight that we did not sign up for next year within the required 72 hours but was disappointed that the condo was rented for 2020 and we were never called to inquire about our wanting to sign up even though we have been coming there for 5 years for one month. We would probably not use this rental agency again.

We are so sorry you had difficulty. I did email you and hope you'll reach out so we can help you. Sincerely, Island Vacations
