Treated like VIPs
The staff of Island Vacations treated us like VIPs before we arrived at our VRBO, when we arrived and then when it was time to check out. They even loaned us a couple of beach towels so we could get in the water before the condo was clean. Thanks for everything!

Check in process was well organized for late arrival. However on the last day in the condo I could not reach anyone in the office for a couple questions I had.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We did notice that your reservation folio was noted that CenturyLink service was out, Island wide, for 4-5 hours on the Friday before you checked out and as a result, we couldn’t receive calls, make calls, or forward the phones. This is one of the sacrifices that comes along with many perks of vacationing on a barrier island in paradise. We hope you understand and will visit us again in the near future!
