SaneBox has helped me focus on the important emails needed to get through my day. Training was very easy and once set up, Sanebox kept me from getting distracted by emails I still wanted to see, but didn't need interrupting my workday.

I've been using SaneBox for several years to help filter incoming emails. I'm often bombarded with a variety of work, personal and irrelevant mail and SaneBox helps me stay on top of what's important, what I need to prioritise, and what I can postpone dealing with for a few days. The best feature of SaneBox is being able to create custom inboxes. So, for example, as well as my regular Inbox, I use my custom-created SaneLater inbox to deal with less important email, and SaneNews to capture all those newsletters I subscribe to. You can easily train email to a variety of destinations so you never have to miss an important email. SaneBox is like email filtering should be.

This product is simply amazing. As the manager of a Community Centre I wear many different hats. SaneBox has me covered with their trainable folders, one folder per hat and I have been able to create a streamlined workflow from an inbox that used to look like a bomb hit it.
