Just to clarify, SaneBox isn’t actually installed software, so there’s nothing on your computer to remove. It works directly with your email account, which means disconnecting it is usually quick and straightforward. We are so sorry that your experience was less than stellar. I would love to alleviate any concerns that you have in your review. 1. Complete Scam and so are these reviews. That isn’t true. We have been helping millions over the years get their email under control. All of these reviews are from real users of SaneBox and can be verified. We offer a 14 day trial to try out all of our features and if they are not to your satisfaction, we offer a simple cancelation process. During your free trial, you are presented with interactive onboarding slides that tell you how to use SaneBox. And then after signup, you receive an email explaining which features you have activated and how to use them. 2. They offer nothing but strong arm tactics and hijack you e-mails holding you hostage until you login to their service to view them. At no point did we present that your emails would be on our site. In fact, we make it very clear that your emails never leave your email server. This was presented to you during the onboarding slides, in the welcome email we sent you, in our terms of service, as well as the support person who replied to your email. Again, it is very unfortunate that you didn't get to truly experience how SaneBox could help you. Hi Barry. We are heartbroken to learn that you did not have a good experience with using SaneBox. It definitely sounds like you would have benefited more from having SaneBox set to a less strict filtering. When you first sign up, we analyze your email history by viewing the header information to determine who is important to you. Anyone deemed unimportant (such as a marketing email) will be filtered into your newly created SaneLater folder. You can definitely use your email client to process your mail but we also have a handy tool called our Digest that you can schedule to arrive as often as you like. This tool allows you to quickly train, move, archive, or delete email and I think that would have greatly helped to make your experience better. If you change your mind, we'd love to setup a call with you to show you how SaneBox can help your productivity levels each day. We really hope that one day you will give us a chance to turn your negative experience into a positive one!

The email address we have on file for you says that it is "undeliverable" so it looks like you never actually received our message. Hi Jim, We are sorry that SaneBox was not the right email filtering tool for you. To clear some matters up, SaneBox is not a spam filtering service as we never look at the body of your incoming emails. SaneBox might have been able to assist you with your junk mail through use of SaneBlackHole. You can learn more about SaneBlackHole here: https://support.sanebox.com/hc/en-us/articles/203095646--SaneBlackHole-What-do-I-do-with-my-SaneBlackHole-folder- We do see that you're currently working with a member of our support team to get your Outlook issue resolved. Please note that SaneBox is not a program that you can uninstall as we are not an app, software, or plugin. SaneBox operates solely off of your email server so when you decided to cancel your SaneBox account, the folders were removed from the server. It is then up to your email software, (in your case Outlook) to synchronize with your email server to reflect an accurate folder list. Again we apologize that your experience with SaneBox was not a good experience.
