SaneBox has save me alot of work. It keeps my most important items in my Inbox, email I want to take a look at son in Sanelater and keeps my receipt emails in it's own folder. Sorting through the massive wave of emails can be frustrating. With proper traing, SaneBox puts them where you tell them each time they arrive.

It is an easy system to use and has helped me manage my emails!

WORST MISTAKE of my life to date - letting my SaneBox account lapse. W-F? I know! I switched my mail server to G**gle and though that it would take care of the spam and prioritize my inbox. Was I ever WRONG! It took a while but eventually my work ground to a halt and life looked really bleak. Moments where the chaos in my inbox made me wonder if I could continue on. I thought about the times when I wasn't afraid to open my email and remembered ... SaneBox changed my life once a time ago. I gave my head a shake and promptly renewed my account, migrated my email and the swamp of an inbox has been drained ... life is looking good and I'm definitely a little more sane these days. What was I thinking? Never again - I will always renew my SaneBox membership from now on. Please don't try this at home or work - it sucked.

Love being able to delete message that I don't have time for

I cannot recommend this product highly enough. I have always received a lot of email and over the years this problem has just gotten worse. I have tried many different solutions (automatic filers, spam filters, categorizers and even a home grown rules plug-in) and while some have provided relief, nothing has come close to SaneBox. Even with these solutions, if I don't prune my inbox at least once a day, my inbox grows to over 300 unread mails and god forbid I take a weekend off. Pruning was painful and time consuming. To be fair, most of my email is industry information, news, product info or shopping-related. I could probably just get off all of those lists, but the ones I am on are relevant and help keep me up to speed, even it is only for a quick scan. Since installing SaneBox, my email box has not exceeded 50-ish emails, more than half of them are things I purposely left in there for quick access. With their genius management paradigm (you have to check out their blackhole folder - AMAZING!), I see what is important immediately and I can get rid of the unnecessary mail in minutes. My personal setup uses a couple of native auto-filing rules and dynamic folders (Apple Mail) and another filer categorizer, but SaneBox is the engine that makes the difference. My mail is no longer the time sink that it used to be. Unlike some of the other solutions I have tried, I have confidence that everything is going where it is supposed to go and I am not missing anything important. When I first tried the product I was skeptical and I had a few questions/concerns about how the product was working as I was worried it was working too well. Customer service was fast, friendly and very helpful. While i have liked other products before, I have never written a review like this. If you have a lot of email and it is dragging down your day, you should give this product a try.

I just could not manage my inbox without SaneBox. I have been using it for 8 months now and it has made sorting and identifying the emails that need attention so much easier. I recommend it to anyone who deals with lots of emails.
