I use SaneBox in my daily working day. It is invaluable to separate the mails with people I work with and the rest. Lately, I start to use the do not disturb feature that allows me not to receive mail for one or more hours. In my work, I need info from the mail system, and if I receive an email, I want to look at it disturbing my activity.

This is intelligent, useful and time-saving way of preprocessing and then handling email. Also really easy to set up!
