Paid $10,000 to this company for marketing and website help and got no functioning website, no consistent advertising support, and none of the promised results. Their 200 orders per month guarantee puts the obligations on the client, so falling short means no refund regardless of outcome. We paid extra for two photo shoots that didn’t use tall models for our tall sizing brand, and during Black Friday they edited our live site instead of a staging one, risking sales during our busiest week. We closed the engagement in writing, got no response, and some inventory still hasn’t been returned. Read contracts closely before signing.
