So a couple of months ago i bought a cell phone from these guys and they got it to me on time, but there was a problem with my phone. i dont know what went wrong with it but i couldnt make calls and it would freeze up on me. so i gave them a call and they talked me through a process of returning my phone. so they couldnt fix my phone (iphone 5), but they ran out of 16 gig iphone 5's and they had a 32 gig in stock. with a little talking the nice guys told me that they could give me that phone they had in stock with no extra charge.
