Overall great job! Can u please create Transportation Management Software (TMS)? We currently use ITS, its canadian, and it sucks. We wanted to switch to Pro Trans, it's slow as hell. TMS should be all inclusive dispatch, accounting, safety, IFTA etc software. If u want to discuss further call me at 3473247545

We have been a client for about 2 years. Technology is a tricky business. You need a partner that is responsive and committed to your success after the sale. Samsara has been that partner for us. We have significantly reduced accidents and workers comp losses by using the product to positively change the culture around safety at our firm. At the same time providing complete solutions to meet governmental regulatory challenges.

The only issue I really have is that when you start to drive it jumps on Drive immediately but when you stop it can take up to 10 minutes to put you back on duty. Another is when you manually pick off duty then when you check 10 minutes later you are back on duty.

We have been using Samsara for over a year and have very few problems. When there is a question, it gets answered very quickly either by an email or simply by using the Chat online.

Sleek hardware and a truly versatile platform. Customer service is always spot on. Have been using Samsara now for nearly a year and it has helped my fleet management a great deal. After trialling several other platforms for vehicle tracking and fleet management I would never look back.
