Order Not Delivered – Returned Due to Incomplete Sender Information
Hi, I placed an order with tracking number LB822....77SE, but unfortunately, it never arrived. According to the post office (Correios), my package was returned to the sender due to incomplete sender information on the postal document (CN22/23). The post office explained: "The international postal shipment was returned to the sender because the postal document did not contain the sender's complete information, making it impossible to process the goods for customs." Despite the company’s claim that the package was fully declared, this issue occurred, and I am left without my order. Initially, the company assured me that a refund would be processed once the package was returned, minus shipping costs. However, the company has since stated that they have not received the returned package and are no longer responding to my messages regarding this issue. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating, and I am requesting a full refund, including shipping costs, as the failure to deliver my order is due to the sender's incomplete declaration. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter, as it has caused significant inconvenience and delay. Thank you for your attention.
Response from SameDaySupplements.comSep 6, 2024
Thank you for reaching out, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced with your order. We understand your frustration and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this matter. It seems that your package was unfortunately rejected by your country’s customs, despite the fact that we fully declared all necessary information, as we do with all of our shipments. International returns can take a considerable amount of time, and as of now, we have not yet received the returned package. Once the package is back in our warehouse, we will be able to issue credit as per our policy. We understand the delays are frustrating, and we are monitoring the situation closely. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Customer Support Team SameDaySupplements.com
