Dear Rhonda Layne, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced with your recent order. Upon reviewing your case, we want to assure you that we have taken your concerns seriously. According to FedEx, your package was marked as delivered on 01/10/25. To provide additional clarity, FedEx supplied a photo proof of delivery, which included an image of the package at your front door. We confirmed this location using Google Maps to validate the delivery. We understand your frustration regarding the time taken to resolve this matter. As of 01/13/25, we have filed a claim with FedEx to investigate the package's status further (Claim ID: C-*******). Once we receive an update from FedEx, we will promptly address the situation by either sending a replacement product or issuing a refund, depending on the claim's outcome. Regarding your experience with our customer service team, we regret if you felt your concerns were not adequately addressed. While we strive to provide professional and respectful assistance, we must also note that maintaining a constructive dialogue is important. We ask that all communications remain respectful so that we can work together effectively to resolve any issues. We are fully committed to resolving this matter and ensuring your satisfaction. If you have any additional concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out to us directly
