It was easy and convenient.

(1) inadequate signing -- I was on time for my appointment but could not find the venue unlike two other provider locations that I found successfully without error - - I had to go inside the building and visit the office to find out that I could not have a test inside the building but had to return to my car and drive again to the place I had been twice before. (2) the tech was new to the site and had the same experience, so the site manager knew that signing is an issue (3) I was in a rush and left my cell phone at home -- yes, it happens, but many people do not have cell phones -- in fact, if I did not have a cell phone, I would have been embarrassed to be unable to call the number on the door to find out where to go -- and if I did not have a car? -- even more embarrassed. (4) MOST IMPORTANTLY tech does not know how to count to ten seconds -- after five seconds she removed the swab; to her credit she allowed me to swab myself another five seconds. (4) results were provided promptly, and I left for my trip knowing I had tested negative. (5) my spouse received two tests and I received only one -- why? (6) will not return again to same day health location at Tysons -- overall impression was of amateurs, not health pros. (7) MORE: while I was driving around, in my large red SUV, the staff may have seen my car from the office, but no one came out to flag me down and ask -- there were five people -- FIVE people in the office when I went inside the building, standing around talking to each other, not delivering testing services. Yes, it was raining -- but I was almost ready to drive home, get my cell phone and ask to be reassigned on an emergency basis because I thought there was an error in the address -- the signing was only on the far wall of the garage -- about 50 feet from the exit onto the second floor of the garage -- in the rain, I could net see there was a sign, let alone read it. When I was told where to look, I felt foolish, but had not seen the white signs on the gray wall until i was told where to look -- what I saw was a small tent to cover one person and a dirty mask on the ground --
