I have taken a few covid tests here. It’s very simple to sign up online. Everyone who works there is very friendly and gets you in a and out quickly.

Great experience. Everyone was on top of what they were doing considering the chaos everywhere else. Pleasantly happy that they were my provider for this pandemics vaccine.

They gave me the wrong test, then refused to refund me for it. They contended that the test they gave me was "comparable", even "better", but it wasn't the test required for my purposes. Apparently making millions of dollars wasn't enough, they had to keep my $99 for a product they did not deliver. The staff was super friendly, don't get me wrong. Very pleasant, and I'm sure it's not a fun job. But the customer service people on the back end were very off-putting. If you need a test, I'd recommend getting it somewhere else.

This office that handled our COVID testing in the Wheaton Mall in Silver Spring has done a remarkable job, have been very polite, and has been very timely on reporting the results.
