If there was a No Star option I would Click it. Terrible service, I need to type in a code to have it covered, the fact that I can’t get my phuckin’ test results without downloading a stupid app. Seriously hate samedays services all the way around. Flow Health is way easier and 10 fold better service.

First the good part: Clean area. Very short wait. Helpful staff. Now the part that wasn't good: Got my result as promised but my wife's results had problems and almost canceled our cruise. Eventually, she got her result. But it did create a lot of anxiety and planning for alternate testing. Over- priced but it was required for the cruise.

Sameday Health was great. The system is easy to schedule appts and their communication was great!

Been to multiple locations and all are clean and really nice. You would almost never guess it was a covid testing sight. In and out super quick even when there is a long line. Such a convenient business, easy to book online and staff is always friendly. I never would go anywhere else.

While their Acct registration and making an appt online is easy, this is not a professional medical establishment.Their staff is friendly, but there is ZERO customer service. I have been there 3 different times for Covid testing b/c I'm a Flight Attendant.There is supposed to be a medical DR onsite, but when in asked where he was; they said a DR would call and I'd receive a Telemedicine Consultation...No one called me and I spent HOURS/DAYS trying to contact their Cust svc people; and when they finally called me (hours/days later), they were people from other countries and it was difficult understanding their English. I needed a DR to call me (as promised) and a DR's note to return to work.....NOTHING. I feel like they are scamming the Govt' and insurance companies; b/c they are very quick to make appts/testing; but ZERO DR's involved as PROMISED. I will not return.
