Each time I visit your establishment I receive nothing short of great service! The facility is clean, the staff is polite, warm and professional and I'm typically in and out the door in 5 minutes. Also, test results are always received within the time specified. Great job!!! Great establishment!!! Always a pleasant experience!

The service is very helpful but the receptionist was astonishing ignorant, citing HIPAA as an excuse for not assisting us in something that has nothing to do with HIPAA. You need to do better training.

The staff was nice. The specific person drawing my blood didn’t know every STI covered by the blood panel. Easy enough to look up but the staff should know.

I came for a COVID test. I had been tested on Monday an it was negative. I still had been sick during the week and came again on Thursday just before closing and found out the next day that I was positive for COVID. I wish I had known sooner, however, after the negative test, I just thought it was a bad cold. Whamo!!!

The actual location where I received service is fine, but Same day Health needs to overhaul its system. Setting up an appointment is too cumbersome and worse at the end, that I cannot get my results because I need to download an app. That's ridiculous! In the end, I had to telephone your customer service in order for my results to be emailed to me. In the beginning I used to be able to access my results from a link. Same day health has now become "Same day frustration" and I will be looking for a different provider. You need to go back to basis and provide smooth and seamless service.

I had an appointment at 11:15 but could not find the entrance. I walked to the back alley of the block to see if it had an alleyway entrance. Where a young man wearing a mask just exited, and I asked if he knew where the place was. He said yes, but this was an employee’s exit I needed to go around the front to enter. But it was 11:20, and I missed my appointment so I need to come back after he went to Lunch. He did not want to give me a test then He wanted in my opinion, to go to an early lunch and I could reschedule and come back after lunch. When I asked do I need to change out for an hour because I was 5mins late he said "I Need to go to Lunch". A 2nd employee exited the ally door shortly after and said the same thing. I meet a Security Guard looking for the place in the alley. When I tried to reschedule online I could not and had to get our Coivd rep to do it for me. With The new appointment, I went back and the staff was polite. But I wasted over 3 hours of my day with something that could have been handled in 5 mins.
