West Hollywood clinic is awful
West Hollywood clinic is awful. I forget the persons name that did the nasal swab but she went intensely deep, way past what you pridely advertise as a mid-nasal swab and when I complained she had a rather gratifying laugh and said “ I am quite thorough.” Retrain the staff. Won’t be back.

Test did not come back in time promised…
Test did not come back in time promised and I had to get a 2nd test from CVS in order to fly.
