Inaccurate results, no refund available for not meeting time commitment, poor customer service. To reply to the comment -- I did reach out to customer service twice and their responses were inadequate. My concern is that I took an antigen test (when I knew I was positive) and got a negative result from your lab. It was sent to me within 1 minute of having the test taken. It is not possible for the result to be analyzed that quickly, so your team clearly did not properly develop my sample and gave me an incorrect result. However, no one will admit to an incorrect result nor provide a refund. Everyone is saying there is no possibility of an error. The fact that no one will listen or investigate is concerning to me.

I purchased a PCR priority test <16 hours for a flight. My test was at 8:30am on 1/12. I was supposed to receive my texts in less than <16 hours. I received my test results at 8:30pm on 1/13 - more than 24 hours later. My partner took his test at 1pm at the same location on 1/12 and received his results at noon on 1/13. Needless to say, I had to take a rapid antigen test in order to board my flight because Sameday testing failed to deliver on time. I called several times and they had to expedite my test and it was still delayed. I was promised a partial refund due to the delay and almost 2 months later I have not received the refund. Sameday health used to be a go to for international travel Covid testing, but no more.
