Usually great, my favorite place to test, but not today. I showed up at 12:27 and the door was locked. They said they close for lunch at 12:30 and made me wait a half hour. My test missed the 1:00 lab run and now I may not be able to work tomorrow because they can’t guarantee it will be done by 6:00am. The lunch is not on the web site and no amount of asking to be tested would sway the very polite but wrong employee who wouldn’t let me in. He said they stop at 12:25 and I said the sign should say 12:25 then. It would have taken no effort to do one more test. I’m usually in and out under 3 minutes. They are extremely slow these days, there really was no excuse for sending me away.

I paid for 2 PCR tests in advance for an upcoming foreign trip and scheduled a date and time. After that updated the scheduled date and time online. Since then there is no confirmation or receipts for payment. The website doesn't allow to print a receipt so i can get a reimbursement. I tried to call but goes to an answering machine. Left message but nobody returned my call. I am worried for my travel since i have a very limited window to get the test done and submit results to chinese embassy. I want would like someone to call me to confirm my appointment and give me a paid receipt or send me an email. Thank you.

I had the best experience with the doctor I was paired with. My roommate thought I was talking to a friend and was absolutely gagged when she heard I was talking to a doctor. Thank you!!!!
