My husband and I travel for medical purposes from Bermuda. Sameday Health (Newburyport Street location) has been so convenient during our travels to Boston. The location is clean, friendly staff and very efficient!

Never got my test result. Was denied boarding on my flight bc I had no Covid test result even though I was assured by staff at same day health that it would be turned around in time. That test was in September 2021, we paid for same day turn around and to this day have received no result. Called customer service multiple times and kept being told it was being processed and they couldn’t give “an exact time it would be ready”. Completely unreliable service that caused serious headaches during our travels.

We used them for our COVID vaccines and for tests before international travel. They were prompt and efficient. They sent emails and texts as reminders. The nurses were professional and nice. Sad that we had to use them because of a global pandemic, but they made it tolerable.
