They are literally scammers. I ordered a SAMEBIKE LO26-II 500w. The bike arrived in unusable condition. It was taken to two service centers, and their assessment is that it is irreparable. If you receive a damaged bike—which is very likely with these Chinese e-bikes—or if it gets damaged over time, you will never see your money or a functional bike again. They have their deceptive practices. I sent them everything: videos, photos, invoices, etc. After months of ignoring me, they started claiming that the person who was handling my case no longer works there. So I had to send everything again, and it started all over. But they tried the same thing on me months later. When I told them this was suspicious, they completely stopped responding. They only aim to drag out the process until you lose interest and give up. In no case will they address your complaint. You will never see your money. These practices are not legal in Europe. If you value your money, do not buy anything from them. I hope it won't take long, and they will be banned from operating in Europe since they are clearly scammers.

Wenn es um eine versprochene Garantieleistung geht, sind wir hald Chinesen! Vorsicht! Man wird mit allen möglichen Dingen konfrontiert, muss unendlich viele Fotos vom kaputten Teil übermitteln und zu einen Austausch des defekten Teils kommt es nach Monaten nicht. Ich habe meine Lenkstangenaufnahme nach Monatelanger hin und hetschreiberei unzähliger E Mails und Fotos nun selber so gut wies geht repariert ( damit ich wenigstens fahren kann) und hoffe, dass es nun besser hält als vom Herseller das Handtuch geworfen und mich damit abgefunden, dass es auf auch auf in Österreich online verkauften Chinaartikel keine Garantie gibt. Schade, aber es ist so.

J'ai acheté et reçu un vélo il y a près d'un mois. Il est arrivé avec des freins défectueux et une roue avant voilée. J'ai reçu quelques réponses avant d'effectuer mon paiement mais depuis que ce dernier est fait, plus rien. Mon dernier contact date du 2 août.

Never buy anything from these people. My family pooled our money to buy what we thought was a very nice bike for our teenager, then a few weeks later a weld broke on the rear fork, a clear warranty issue. Samebike acknowledged that it was a warranty issue, now several MONTHS have passed and we finally have a replacement, but it is missing a key component, which will now take several more weeks! We are not only out many, MANY months of use, and all the sadness & disappointment for my kid, but an extra install charge WHICH I DO NOT FOR ONE SECOND BELIEVE THEY WILL REIMBURSE. Do not buy ANYTHING from Samebike. Total ripoff, cheap manufacturing, don’t get swindled by name brand brakes and other components. If the frame doesn’t work, none of those are worth anything. BUYER BEWARE!!! Update: the part they sent did not fit, and now they’re just not responding. This is a total scam. These people put lives at risk by selling poorly engineered frames and then not living up to their warranty. Update 2:I ultimately had to seek a charge reversal through Amex. Fortunately they honored the request and will take the funds back from SAMEBIKE. I cannot stress enough the importance of avoiding this brand

Billiger China-Schrott, keine Zulassung in Deutschland. Das Fahrrad kam als Neufahrzeug bei mir an und ist überall verrostet(Rahmen, Speichen, Anbauteile). Die Verarbeitung und die eingesetzten Materialien sind ein Witz und haben nichts normalen europäischen Standard zu tun. Der Lenkkopf ist verzogen, das komplette Fahrrad wirkt wie ein Billigspielzeug. Finger weg!

Habe ein MY275 gekauft, war nach einen dreiviertel Jahr defekt. Fehlercode im Display. Funktioniert nicht mehr seit Wochen hin und her. Der Support schickt Ersatzteile die man selber einbauen muss. Auch soll man den Fehler selbst suchen? Das ist unendlich mit der Elektronik. Nicht empfehlenswert , dafür ist es dann doch zu teuer. Lasst die Finger davon wenn ihr fahren und nicht reparieren wollt. Man bekommt nur Teile support. Schade sonst eigentlich kein so schlechtes Rad.

Das bestellte Fahrrad hielt etwa ein dreiviertel Jahr, bevor ein Fehlercode im Display erschien. Nach wochenlangem Hin- und Hergeschreibe mit dem Support, erhielt ich nach 8 Wochen ein Ersatzteil zum austauschen. Was natürlich ebenfalls nicht funktionierte. Es folgten weiterhin zahlreiche Mails, Zusendungen von Ersatzteilen (1x in eine falsche Stadt, 1x in ein falsches Land), irgendwelche Tutorials zum Einbauen, zusenden von Fotos und Videos entschied ich mich nach über 3 Monaten nun, es einem Anwalt zu übergeben. Vielleicht bringt es ja etwas, mal schauen. Kann nur jedem raten, die Finger von dem Laden zu lassen.
